Florida Alimony Reform Update
Alimony in the State of Florida has been the subject of dramatic attempted reform for the past several years. Twice in the past three years a bill has been passed by both the Senate and the House before it was vetoed by Governor Scott. It is anticipated that the reform movement will continue until they succeed. Many of the reform proposals are harmful to Florida families, especially to stay at home parents.
